ONLINE SALES RETURNS POLICY

We hope you absolutely love your purchase; however, if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to offer an exchange or online store credit on full-priced items only. We do not offer refunds unless items are deemed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

All sales on reduced items or items purchased with a promo code are final unless deemed faulty.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in a prepaid satchel in their original condition/packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Clothing: Must be unworn/unwashed with all tags attached.
  • Shoes: Must be unworn (please try on while on carpet) and in their original box.

Alternatively, you may return your items to any of our stores within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or in-store credit note.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, or hosiery.

HOW TO RETURN TO US

Please email [email protected] with your name, order number, and items you wish to return. If you are hoping to exchange, please list which items you require so we can secure the stock. If stock cannot be secured, you will be notified, and you will receive online store credit.

Fill out your returns form and post it back to us in a prepaid satchel within 7 days of receiving your order (please note, we do not reimburse the cost of return postage). Once your return has been received, we will process your credit note/items for exchange.


FAULTY ITEMS

We quality inspect all items before sending them to you; however, in the rare case you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to repair, replace, or refund the item.

Please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] with your order number and a description/photo of the fault so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible for you.

Please note that wear and tear damages do not constitute a fault. This includes buttons falling off during use, failing to follow washing instructions, etc. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the original purchase.


EXTRA RETURNS INFO

Only orders that are eligible for returns will receive a form. If you have lost your form, please contact us.

Products are your responsibility until they have been received by Eliya The Label. We will not issue a refund on products that are not received or are lost in transit. Please return items in a prepaid post satchel with tracking to avoid this issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error (incorrect product/faulty item, etc.).
